SUPERVISION ROOTED IN PRACTICE, PRESENCE, AND ETHICAL CARE

Group Supervision

Group Supervision for Trauma Recovery Coaches and Trauma-Informed Wellness Providers

As an Accredited Instructor and Certified Trauma Recovery Coach Supervisor through the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching, I’m honored to offer Group Supervision for certified trauma recovery coaches who want to grow in confidence, competence, and connection.

Group supervision is designed for trauma recovery coaches and trauma-informed wellness providers who want to deepen their client work, strengthen their confidence, and grow a sustainable practice rooted in integrity and care.

If you’re a new or developing coach or a seasoned practitioner navigating complex client dynamics or the realities of building and maintaining a practice, this space is for you. Group supervision offers grounded support, clearer guidance, and a thoughtful place to slow down, reflect, and think through both client and business challenges alongside others who understand the weight of this work.

These supervision groups create a space where coaches come together to reflect, consult, and recharge, guided by a qualified supervisor who understands the heart and complexity of trauma recovery work. This is where skill meets support, and where ethical practice and professional growth meet authentic connection.

This group offers supervision grounded in a whole-picture approach to the work. It brings together the personal, relational, and practical sides of coaching, while holding both the depth of the work and the realities of running a practice. This shows up as:

  • Whole-system awareness of how the nervous system, relationships, culture, and larger systems shape the work

  • Practice-building support that addresses structure, strategy, and sustainable visibility

  • Cultural awareness and humility, with attention to identity, power, and blind spots

Sessions are shaped by what members bring into the room. Coaches share client situations as well as questions about their work and practice, and the group expands the conversation to include real-world considerations of growth, boundaries, and how we show up responsibly in the work.

The intention is to support you not only in your work with clients, but also in building a trauma-informed practice that feels steady, sustainable, and aligned with your values.

Why Supervision Matters

Supervision gives you a structured, safe space to explore your challenges and celebrate your progress without judgment or comparison. It’s an opportunity to:

  • Enhance your competence by receiving experienced feedback and strengthening your skills.

  • Reflect ethically on complex client situations, ensuring you remain grounded, attuned, and fit for purpose.

  • Learn through peers as you share insights, diverse perspectives, and practical wisdom.

  • Build community with other trauma-informed coaches who understand this work deeply.

  • Protect your own well-being by addressing compassion fatigue, boundaries, and burnout prevention.

How Group Supervision Works

Each session is led by Kerri McKenna Reece, a certified supervisor who facilitates reflection, growth, and practical learning in a warm, supportive environment.

  • Guided sessions: Each meeting is structured and facilitated to create both safety and depth.

  • Shared cases: Coaches may present client scenarios or professional challenges for group discussion.

  • Interactive feedback: Peers and the supervisor offer questions, reflections, and insights to expand awareness.

  • Small groups: Limited to 12 participants to maintain trust and engagement.
