This course touches on:
○ Intuitive & Empathetic Listening
○ Tapping into the energy of a client
○ Effective Communication
○ What to do if you get stuck during a session.
○ Thought provoking, challenging questions that encourage your clients to dig deep.
○ Questions that will effectively allow you to:
Create a coaching chain, keeping the session and client on track.
Recap session to session → celebrating with clients.
Ask for permission, make observations, and ask for the thoughts of your client.
Share what you notice about the client and the situation.
Check in with client → encouraging voice and choice.
Close a session on the client’s terms → leaving them feeling empowered with a new sense for life.
It also includes:
○ Exercises for practice with other coaches/individuals to further strengthen your coaching skills.

Dates of training: This is an interactive course taught over two days.
Tuesday, April 18, 2023 and Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 12:00 - 1:30pm CST.
Training will be given via zoom. A recorded replay will be provided for those who cannot attend.
