Nice things people have said:

Brenda Eberhart… Fort Payne, Al

There are very few people who come into your life and leave big foot prints for me.  Kerri, is one of them.  I have struggled all my life from childhood trauma and followed only what I knew.  I married a dysfunctional man, whom I was  married to for 13 years.  I was abused physically, mentally and emotionally.  I stayed because I thought it would get better.  It doesn’t!! It only gets worse.  I finally filed for divorce and a few years later God sent me the most wonderful man.  He has loved my girls and me for 36 years now. But, the anxiety and depression from my most informative years stayed with me.  I have been to many counselors and doctors and it never seemed to help.  In April 2025 I was at my lowest.  So, I decided to google trauma coach and Kerri McKenna Reece’s name popped up.  In her website, she tells her own story of trauma.  I couldn’t believe what I was reading.  She has been through so much similar to me.  I showed this to my husband and he said “ reach out to her”.  So, I did  and I have to say she is so caring and truly concerned for you. She has taught me how to set boundaries and to love me and to remove myself from toxic family and friends.  If I could give Kerri a 20 I would.  She provides so many tools to help you over come your life time of trauma.  If you are looking for someone to help you recover,  Kerri is  the right person!!  I can never say enough good things about this lovely person.  I thank you from the bottom of my heart, Kerri.

Thank you so much for teaching the trauma class. I am a new person with a greater perspective. I have increased my awareness about trauma, understanding my own experience of trauma and how to better handle it. Best of all, I can now better serve my clients!

I feel privileged to have worked with Kerri as my coach. She is a genuine soul who created a safe space to work through the challenges I was experiencing. Kerri helped me gain clarity, confidence, and a path forward that was deeply transformative. She is professional, empathetic, and listens with great care to discover the hidden parts that provide the greatest insights. Kerri is a magnificent coach that provided me the support, tools, and accountability needed to experience professional and personal growth. I am thankful to have connected with her. I highly recommend Kerri as a coach.

Rachel Kent, New York | Trauma Recovery Coach

Working with Kerri as my coach was an absolutely excellent experience. Immediately in our first session, the way she interacted with me made me feel capable, respected and well-heard. How she treated every session with structure and flexibility, her frank way of asking deep questions and presenting helpful insights - always only with my consent -, and her generous and loving attitude towards me throughout ALL of our sessions left me feeling more seen, strong, and well than I have felt working with any other coach. I HIGHLY recommend Kerri and consider her a trusted mentor, whom I have to thank for so much of the peace that I now experience around my identity and career. If you have the great fortune of the opportunity to work with her - DO IT!!!

Horia Patience Prossaird, France | Executive

“I am Kerri's coach, but after every session with her, I become more inspired, empowered, and encouraged to keep pushing and achieving what I want in life. I feel more energized and happy because she exudes the kind of energy that heals, that builds. I see strength; I see power, I see intelligence, I see Her and always think of how she is a blessing to those who choose to work with her for trauma recovery and other issues they have in life. If you are looking for someone who sees you as you are regardless of your history, background, and understands your pain. Kerri is the coach you've been looking to help you, so do not be a hostage of your past. Reach out to her.”

“If you’re looking for a trauma recovery coach, look no further! Kerri has a way of creating a safe space and helping you to feel understood, supported, and empowered. I was always amazed how I would show up to a session feeling uncertain of how I would move forward with a relationship or situation and by the end of the session, I would feel a sense of clarity and confidence on what I needed to do. Kerri is especially talented in discerning difficult relationships and establishing boundaries. I can’t recommend Kerri more highly! Give her a call - you won’t regret it!”

“After 20 years of marriage, my wife committed suicide. I was devastated when I found her. I couldn't understand why she wanted to leave me. I talked with my family and friends and they suggested I speak with someone who knows how to help with grief. After searching, I came across Kerri's profile. I called her and we talked for about 2 hours. I felt so comfortable and relaxed, she was extremely helpful and we made more appts going forward. Although I'll will always miss my wife, time passing and talking with Kerri helps me tremendously. I highly recommend her services.”

“A year later, and I’m not the same person I used to be. Not at all. It’s hard to look back to the day I identified with my pain, and my personality. I really didn’t know who I was then, although I thought I did. Now, I’ve become the person I’ve always dreamed I could be.”

Hanna Parish, Florida | Student

“Before I had even talked to Ms. Kerri, I was nervous. I thought that it would be just another counselor, trying to “help” me through all the difficult times I have had in the past and present. After talking with her for the first time, I felt a little better. She explained to me what life coaching is, and what we’d be accomplishing in our time together. As we had future phone calls I began to trust her very easily. She is a very intelligent, considerate, and an amazing listener. I have enjoyed very much talking to her, and will probably be continuing our sessions. She has made me rethink some things that before talking to her about were making me very distressed, and not myself. After talking to her about them, I feel happy, and about 50% of my stress has been relieved. Being able to set a goal and actually reach it in a short amount of time felt very congratulative and self-achieving. She has taught me that there are days when things just happen, and you have to look at them in all the ways possible, cause if you don’t you could be missing out on something way greater than just a sad day of thinking bad things. I think that anyone who needs someone to guide them, and help them reach any type of goal, should reach out to her. She has helped me in ways that counselors and doctors couldn’t. I can see that there will be many cups of coffee and gym trips in the future, and I’m so excited to say that I have the absolute best Life Coach, that anyone could even imagine. She’s great! Being coached in your life is way different than having a counselor, and just only two phone calls in, she made me realize that. I have appreciated the amazing phone calls and the very productive conversations.”

Avery Reed, Alabama | OTR Truck Driver

“I met Kerri in 2013 while working a sales job. Within a very short amount of time I was sharing things that really tormented my heart. She approached me in compassion, and quiet understanding. She asked me a lot of questions around the things I was sharing. She not only wanted me to think and answer for myself, she also wanted to clearly hear me to fully understand. She didn’t scorn me for my past decisions or lack thereof, she just really cared and helped me to see that my life is in my own hands, and I can live it under my terms.

Over the course of weeks, eventually months and now years Kerri has been a steady light in my darkness, and a guide in my blindness. She has helped me see in myself the power, the gifts, my abilities, and all the things I was almost convinced I didn’t possess. Kerri is so good at what she does that I can now discern for myself so many things she once helped me realize. It is of my belief that she has a supernatural ability to help people heal. Throughout all of my trials and tribulations she has always made me feel completely loved and cared for and not just as one of her clients. I hope whoever you are reading this, that you find the same guidance and wisdom in Kerri that I have. I hope you allow her the time to help you, guide you, and show you the way out of whatever you’re going through. She is a special lady loved by many more than she will ever know. She deserves the utmost respect and even more recognition for her ability to help people heal.”

“Three months in and I have learned more about my own strengths and skills as a coach thereby increasing confidence and I value the gift of being coached too. The education pieces offered that I have been able to partake in have been helpful. I’ve learned how to make memes and use these in my SM platforms.” -Lisa
