The Awareness . The Healing . The Life
Meet the Coaches The TraumaWell Support Collective is a compassionate community lead by a group of coaches, mentors, educators, facilitators, course designers, and trainers, with a shared dedication for a world where individuals dealing with trauma can readily access the assistance, guidance, and support they need to heal, grow and step into their authentic self. We are here to gently challenge the misconception that trauma only touches a few and that its effects are permanent. The truth is, trauma is a shared human experience and so is healing.
Healing from complex trauma is a courageous process of unlearning the deeply ingrained principles, practices, and patterns that systemic abuse has imposed. It’s about reclaiming your autonomy, rewriting the narratives that no longer serve you, and stepping into a space where safety, self-compassion, and empowerment guide your healing. This journey isn’t about fixing what was never broken—it’s about rediscovering the strength, worth, and wholeness that have always been within you.
For years, we have walked alongside clients, helping them reframe their relationship with their past in a way that fosters growth, resilience, and self-compassion. Your pain does not define you. Your healing is possible. You are not broken, you are becoming. And no matter where you are on your journey, you are not alone.

Based on the teaching of Dr. Gabor Mate, Kerri has innovated proven coaching programs that help complex trauma survivors address the biological, psychological, social and spiritual aspects of healing. With 20+ years of substantial healing and resilience to build upon, Kerri remains immersed in the world of making a difference.
