o What an effective discovery call session should look like
o What it should include or be about
o What you need to accomplish during the discovery call session including:
Establishing a working alliance with client (kick start rapport and connection)
Connection (creating a bond)
Motivation (Establishing the clients agenda for change)
Presentation (What you do and why you do it)
Getting Clear (What it looks like to work with you)
Information (Filling in details – helping them decide)
Decision (The deciding factors for clients - Tackling their questions - Understanding your value)
It also offers:
o Suggestions to consider
o Exercises:
Discovery call session with your assigned clients in the circle
Create your own customized pre-session discovery call session form
And includes:
o Example of a pre-session discovery call session form
Deadline to sign up is April 4, 2023 (start of class)
Dates of training: This is an interactive course taught over two days.
Tuesday, April 4, 2023 and Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 11:00am - 12:30pm CST.
Training will be given via zoom. A recorded replay will be provided for those who cannot attend.
